Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Essentara Wellness FZE LLC, we value our clients’ commitment to personal growth and wellness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may reschedule, cancel, or request a refund for wellness coaching sessions or related services booked through our website.

By booking a session or service, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Session Bookings

All coaching sessions and wellness consultations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your session details and contact information.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), the session fee is non-refundable.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical or emergency reasons), we may consider rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of:

A double payment or technical error during online checkout.
A session cancellation initiated by Essentara Wellness FZE LLC (e.g., unavailability of the coach).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
No refunds will be provided for completed coaching sessions, digital materials, or personalized wellness plans once delivered.

5. Packages and Programs

If you cancel before the first session, you may request a partial refund (subject to a 10% administrative fee).
Once the program has started, the remaining unused sessions are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another eligible client upon approval.

6. Service Quality

If you believe the service you received did not meet expectations, please contact us at tricel@essentarawellness.com within 48 hours of your session. We will review your feedback and work toward an appropriate resolution.
