Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Essentara Wellness FZE LLC, we value our clients’ commitment to personal growth and wellness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may reschedule, cancel, or request a refund for wellness coaching sessions or related services booked through our website.
By booking a session or service, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Session Bookings
- All coaching sessions and wellness consultations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your session details and contact information.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), the session fee is non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., medical or emergency reasons), we may consider rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in the event of:
- A double payment or technical error during online checkout.
- A session cancellation initiated by Essentara Wellness FZE LLC (e.g., unavailability of the coach).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- No refunds will be provided for completed coaching sessions, digital materials, or personalized wellness plans once delivered.
5. Packages and Programs
- If you cancel before the first session, you may request a partial refund (subject to a 10% administrative fee).
- Once the program has started, the remaining unused sessions are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another eligible client upon approval.
6. Service Quality
If you believe the service you received did not meet expectations, please contact us at tricel@essentarawellness.com within 48 hours of your session. We will review your feedback and work toward an appropriate resolution.
